Alcoholic Beverage Options

As the host, we will work with you to decide what alcoholic beverage options, if any, you would like served at your event. From pre-selecting bottles of wine from our extensive wine list, to setting a limited number of beverages per person, we will work with you to create the plan that most reflects you and your event.

16oz., Bone-In USDA Prime, topped with toasted onions.

TWIN CANADIAN LOBSTER TAILS
sweet and succulant, 5 to 6oz., with drawn butter.

FILET MIGNON
8oz., Applewood bacon wrapped, tender as a mother’s love.

ANGUS RIBEYE
14oz., grilled and topped marsala mushrooms

CHICKEN CHARDONNAY
Sauteed breast of chicken with garlic, capers, mushrooms, artichokes, spinach and tomatoes in a K.J. chardonnay sauce over angel hair pasta

WALLEYE PIKE
Dad’s favorite fish, 8 to 10oz., crispy fried or lightly seasoned and broiled, served with house made tarter sauce.

PECAN CRUSTED PORK TENDERLOIN
Sautéed tenderloin topped with Maker’s Mark apple chutney and maple chipotle butter.

CHICKEN MARGHERITA
grilled all natural chicken breast or portabella mushroom with fresh basil pesto, heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, lemon thyme butter

stuffed with scallops, crab and a garlic crumb topping with lemon thyme butter

Entrees are served with choice of two:

cup of soup or choice of salad, southern green beans, corn pudding, baked potato, crispy fries or vegetables of the day.

 DESSERTS

 Bobby's Southern Bread Pudding, Homemade Pound Cake, Apple Cobbler, Strawberry Shortcake and French Silk Pie.
