Alcoholic Beverage Options

As the host, we will work with you to decide what alcoholic beverage options, if any, you would like served at your event. From pre-selecting bottles of wine from our extensive wine list, to setting a limited number of beverages per person, we will work with you to create the plan that most reflects you and your event.

SALADS

 

Merrick Inn House Salad - Iceberg, romaine, cucumbers, egg, tomatoes and croutons     

Green Goddess Salad - A true classic...crisp iceberg and romaine with applewood bacon, egg and flat bread croutons

 

ENTREES

 

FILET MIGNON

8 oz. Apple wood bacon wrapped, tender as a mother’s love.

ANGUS RIBEYE

14 oz. aged, grilled and topped with marsala mushrooms.

N.Y. STRIP

14 oz., my favorite, aged Angus cut in house, Patrick's herb butter. It tastes expensive and it is.

ITALIAN CHICKEN PASTA

Parmesan sautéed chicken breast, fresh spinach, brochette and our famous Chardonnay sauce, tossed in angel hair pasta.

WALLEYE PIKE

Dad’s favorite fish, 8 to 10oz. crispy fried or lightly seasoned and broiled,

with house made tartar sauce.

PECAN CRUSTED PORK TENDERLOIN

Sautéed tenderloin topped with Maker’s Mark apple chutney and maple chipotle butter.

SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN

We’re famous for it!

FRESH FISH OF THE DAY

Chef’s preparation.

FRESH CANADIAN SALMON

Delicately broiled, served with dill hollandaise.

 

Entrees are served with choice of two:

choice of salad, southern green beans, corn pudding, crispy fries or vegetables of the day.
