Baby Spinach Salad – fresh strawberries, spiced glazed pecans, red onion rings and feta cheese tossed in poppy seed dressing

Green Goddess Salad – a true classic...crisp iceberg and romaine with applewood bacon, fresh egg and house-made flat bread croutons

Southern Fried Chicken – We’re famous for it! Two piece / four piece (additional charge for all breasts)

Walleye Pike – Dad’s favorite fish, crispy fried or lightly seasoned and broiled with house-made tarter sauce 

Pecan Crusted Pork Tenderloin – Sautéed and topped with Makers Mark Apple Chutney and maple chipotle butter 

Chicken Margherita – grilled all natural chicken breast or portabella mushroom with fresh basil pesto, heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, lemon thyme butter

K.J. Chardonnay Chicken – sauteed breast tossed with artichokes, mushrooms, capers, spinach, garlic, tomatoes and angel hair pasta in a rich K.J. pan sauce

Frenched Pork Chop – 12oz., heavenly marbled and selected for Merrick, hickory bacon, red onion, cranberry compote with a hint of Four Roses bourbon
