Angus Ribeye – 14 oz aged in house, grilled and topped topped with marsala mushrooms

Merrick Hot Brown – Country ham, fresh turkey on toast points under a blanket of Patrick's famous mornay sauce with tomato, bacon and parmesan 

Southern Fried Chicken – We’re famous for it! Two piece / four piece (additional charge for all breasts)

Walleye Pike – Dad’s favorite fish, crispy fried or lightly seasoned and broiled with house-made tarter sauce 

Pecan Crusted Pork Tenderloin – Sautéed and topped with Makers Mark Apple Chutney and maple chipotle butter 

Mediterranean Chicken – “Cooking Light” grilled chicken breast, onion & zucchini topped with tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, fresh basil and feta cheese 

Almond Chicken – sauteed chicken breast in an almond crust with Grand Marnier sauce and a raspberry swirl 

Chicken Chardonnay – Sauteed breast of chicken with garlic, capers, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach and artichoke hearts in a K.J. chardonnay sauce over angel hair pasta.

Frenched Pork Chop – 12oz., heavenly marbled and selected for Merrick, hickory bacon, red onion, cranberry compote with a hint of Four Roses bourbon
